A defined tetrapeptide

Epitalon, also written Epithalon, is the tetrapeptide Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly (AEDG). Its compact sequence makes exact molecular definition important when reviewing research material and literature.

Cellular and telomere-associated research

Experimental literature has examined Epitalon in models involving gene regulation, telomerase activity and telomere biology. Recent cell-line research reported changes in telomere length associated with telomerase upregulation or alternative lengthening mechanisms.

Interpretation requires restraint

Cell-line and preclinical observations are not equivalent to demonstrated human outcomes. VOREVIA presents this literature as research context rather than therapeutic or longevity guidance.
