By ordering, you confirm that products will be acquired and handled for lawful research purposes and that you will not rely on VOREVIA product information as medical advice or as instructions for human administration.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and of purchasing, possessing, importing and using the products for the intended lawful research purpose in your jurisdiction. We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably believe an order cannot lawfully or appropriately be fulfilled.
We take reasonable care to present product identity, stated quantity, description and available supporting information accurately. Packaging, labelling or presentation may be updated without materially changing the product specification.

Our voluntary returns process is available where a product arrives damaged or where VOREVIA supplies an item different from the item ordered. Please contact us promptly, retain the product and packaging, and provide photographs or other reasonable evidence where requested. Do not return an item until we provide return instructions.
This policy does not affect statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a damaged or incorrect item claim is verified, we will determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable rights and our published Returns & Refunds policy. This may include replacement or refund. Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method, and payment-provider processing times may vary.
You are responsible for providing accurate order, delivery and contact information; ensuring lawful receipt and use; following appropriate laboratory handling and storage practices; and keeping products secure from unauthorised access or use.
